This late-1970s stucco home in Cypress, Texas was showing its age with cracking surfaces and tired curb appeal. The homeowner wanted a full transformation with durable, low-maintenance materials and timeless design.
We started by removing the outdated stucco façade and installing 12" James Hardie siding, known for its strength and weather resistance in Houston’s climate. To add architectural detail, we introduced cedar accents inspired by craftsman-style design, which complement the clean Hardie lines with natural warmth.
The exterior received a fresh coat of paint, along with a new CertainTeed Integrity Roofing System engineered for long-term performance. To complete the upgrade, we installed energy-efficient Lansing vinyl windows across the front elevation—boosting both insulation and aesthetics.
This project highlights our commitment to design-driven exterior remodeling, using high-performance materials that enhance curb appeal and stand up to Gulf Coast weather.
