Wood Siding Repair and Re-paint

This project started with a 40 year old house with wood siding and some brick. The siding is solid pine and trim is cedar for the most part it was in good shape. We were able to do some targeted replacements and repainted the entire house a more modern gray. The house is ready to sell and the owner spent less than 40% of a full re-side.
