This early 1960s home in Houston Texas had timeless character, thanks to its original solid cedar trim, but the siding was showing clear signs of wear. Over the past couple decades, it had been patched with fiber panel sheeting—a temporary fix that didn’t stand up to Houston’s intense sun and humidity. The aging panels on the gables and garage made the home feel tired and in need of a full exterior overhaul.

We removed all worn siding and performed a complete re-side using James Hardie fiber cement products, chosen for their durability and ability to complement the existing trim work. On the garage, we applied a clean overlay for a cohesive look and solid weather protection. The fascia was fully replaced, giving the roofline crisp definition and added longevity.
