Fascia Replacement for a DIYer

This is part of a project we have been involved with for several years. The home owner is handy and has been replacing his siding when he can and brings us in for work that is a little tricky. This time we removed the existing fascia and replaced it with Hardie and framed in for Hardie soffit because it required framing changes. He will paint it and install the soffit at a later date.
