Back of House Hardie Siding Overlay with SW Emerald Re-paint

If it ain't broke don't fix it. This had real wood fascia and soffit, so we repaired the handful of areas with bad fascia, cut the bottom 2 feet off the siding on the back garage and over-layed new Hardie smooth siding. Finally we painted the entire house and garage with new Sherwin Williams Latitude paint.
