Total Exterior with Patio Cover and Outdoor Kitchen

This project started as a full re-side with smooth Hardie plank, a full re-paint using Sherwin Williams Emerald paint, a 17'x21' patio cover and a massive outdoor kitchen.  Once under way we added all new 6" gutters and replacing the roofing on the entire first floor.  If you were wondering we kept the original exposed aggregate pavement and poured a new foundation for the kitchen and posts.

Contemporary Reside with Hardie Custom Colonial

This project involved replacing all the existing cedar siding on this early 1970's contemporary with new Hardie Custom Colonial siding. Due to the atypical installation angle we installed house wrap with a rain screen over osb sheathing. We also repainting the entire house and shed with Sherwin Williams Latitude paint.

King Kitchen from Dining Room

This project is the creation of a modern 3250 sqft craftsman style home from a worn out, choppy 2800 sqft 1972 built, poor attempt at Spanish style on a 3/4 acre lot in Cypress, TX.  The home was take to the studs and re-built with a modern open concept layout, featuring the latest in smart technology, and all the amenities of high end new construction on a beautiful wooded lot in an established neighborhood.  We also added a second floor above a two story living room creating a state-of-the-art two teared media room. King Circle Comprehensive Remodel (INTERIOR ONLY)

Stucco Replacement with James Hardie, CertainTeed Roof and Lancing Windows.

The project started as a typical late 1970's stucco façade home that had not aged well.  We removed the stucco and replaced it with 12" James Hardie siding and cedar craftsman inspired accents.  We painted the front and installed a new CertainTeed roof and Lancing vinyl windows to the front.  

Facade Facelift

This project started because the client was getting new windows.  We installed board and batten on the front with an accent of cedar shake and new cedarmill Hardie siding everywhere except the garage. We aslo install new fascia on the front of the house for esthetics, but the rest of the house was pretty solid so we left it alone.  We then finished the project with two tone Sherwin Williams Emerald paint.

Tudor Siding Replacement

This was an early 1980's built, suburban, Tudor style home.  We replaced the entire front façade with Hardie as well as all soffit, fascia, and trim, the lap siding had been replaced previously.  We completed the project with a 3 color Sherwin Williams paint job.
