When I started Deskins Roofing & Siding in 2012 I had one thing in mind, to be different. Our mission is to educate every prospective client we meet so they can make an informed decision. No pushy sales people here, selling one size fits all replacement projects with expiring pricing. I won't even discuss pricing when I am in your home. I understand this is a big investment for you, so I will take my measurements and return to my office to prepare a proper proposal, it won't a carbon copy I prepared in my truck. I will use my architecture degree, vast experience in construction, and experience as a Realtor working to tailor a solution to your specific situation. We specialize in James Hardie siding, patio covers, roofing and windows, replacement and repairs. We are factory certified and fully insured. We also do all types of interior remodeling for existing clients and projects we feel are a good match to our design philosophy.
I own a small real estate rental company, and Deskins Group has done major rehabs on 5 distressed properties for me. They are in the middle of repairing one house after the flood. I have been very impressed by their attention to detail, honesty, and overall professionalism. I highly recommend them for any type of house repair including roofing.

The Deskins Group was extremely professional. This was the first time we had a roof re-shingled. I was nervous about a large contract job like this. Jason made it very easy. The crew showed up early in the morning and the entire roof was done by mid-afternoon. Jason came by in the early evening and made sure there were no nails left on the ground. We had a new roof in a day and there was no mess left behind, not one roofing nail.

I've have had many contractors come to our house for different estimates for various projects. We had our windows done by one company and then had siding down by Deskins Group. The pricing was great, the quality of work excellent and the crews were nice, always smiling (usually but the heat in Houston can melt that away). Shaun and Jesse were quick to respond to concerns and even corrected some of the installation of our windows. I wished we had them do the windows as well but lesson learned. The did a good job with no complaints. The work was done in a timely manner and finished around the time projected. He came back later to seal below the bay window. AND he was willing to fix a door that wasn't shutting correctly after the power washing of the home at no cost. These guys are great! I was trying to get my house ready to sell this past summer. I tried doing the work my self and found myself with a lot of half finished jobs and I was running out of time. The team came over and quickly finished the work. Shaun even made made recommendations to help get the house sold quickly. Drywall, Painting, granite countertops and landscaping was all done in about a week for a great price. I was very pleased with their service.
