Total Exterior with Patio Cover and Outdoor Kitchen

This project started as a full re-side with smooth Hardie plank, a full re-paint using Sherwin Williams Emerald paint, a 17'x21' patio cover and a massive outdoor kitchen.  Once under way we added all new 6" gutters and replacing the roofing on the entire first floor.  If you were wondering we kept the original exposed aggregate pavement and poured a new foundation for the kitchen and posts.

Complete Exterior Rehab - New Roof, Siding, Windows and Patio Cover

This was a comprehensive exterior remodel.  We replaced the roof and deck, there were cedar shingles under the current layer of roofing, we installed new James Hardie siding, we installed new vinyl windows and built a patio cover.

King Circle Patio Cover

This is a patio cover and outdoor kitchen on a 1972 built house in Cypress, TX the patio is 46' x 16' and has a hot tub niche with privacy panels, is screened in and features a raised bead board ceiling, 3 60" ceiling fans, faux can lights, and a a wall mounted tv. The outdoor kitchen features granite counter tops, a sink, kegerator and grill with ventilation.

Massive Patio cover and Re-side

This was a James Hardie Re-side with a huge pair of patios. The patio portion of this project involves a primary L-shape cover with a high ceiling between the house and the garage and secondary smaller cover for vintage bronco.  Both covers have matching stained pine beadboard ceilings and two tone stained cedar trim.

Simple Patio Cover

This is a simple 26' x 10' patio cover on a newer suburban home.  The cover is trimmed in Hardie siding to match the rest of the house.  

Patio Cover Reconstruction

This project started as poorly designed patio cover from the late 90's or early 2000's.  The contractor anchored the entire cover to the fascia of the house and failed to provide adequate waterproofing to keep water out of the key structural members.  The structure was rotting so bad the cover had settled several inches and needed to be propped up.  We removed the aluminum wraps and existing beams, cut the existing fascia back so the beams could anchor to the wall and not the fascia, we then raised it back to the original height and reframed it with new beams, posts, and additional ceiling joists, and then installed Hardie wraps and soffits and painted everything.
