Another Ice Storm Restoration

The kitchen was the center of the winter storm damage. We custom build lower cabinets to match the existing uppers, lowered the high bar, install Cambria quartz, removed the wall paper, painted everything and updated the lighting and plumbing. The master bathroom required a small refresh we removed the old style light box, patched the wallpaper and installed an oversized one piece mirror.  We also install a new quartz countertop and flooring and baseboard.

Fireplace During a Mold Remediation Project

This project involved building back a home that was gutted to remove mold.  Most of the project was pretty basic so we are highlighting the fireplace on a shiplap wall.

Ice Storm Restoration

This home was hit hard with a sever winter storm and had approximately 12 pipe leaks in 3 different parts of the house.  We replaced the damaged drywall and insulation, repainted the entire house and replace the aging laminate with Innova Collection SPC Sandpoint planking.  We also did a bathroom remodel which included relocating the master shower and a frameless glass surround while we where there.

Yet Another Ice Storm Restoration

Several rooms required drywall and trim repair and the whole house received new carpet and paint. The master bathroom tile replacement with an in wall niche and new frameless shower glass in a 15 year old suburban home. An inexpensive upgrade during an otherwise massive project.

Creekwood Flood Restoration & Remodel

This is a large Hurricane Harvey restoration and remodeling project. The remodel featured an entirely new kitchen and master bathroom, wood tile floors, and iron stair ballusters. We arranged for the owners to move back in before completion so the completed photos show the the house 100% occupied.


Oak Plaza

Another Harvey job. This house took 3 inches of water due to the storm when we started the drywall had already been installed and painted. We finished the kitchen, the half bath, and the den. These are plywood cabinets with maple faces. They client pretty much let me make most of the selections. The home had appraised the week before Harvey and was re-appraised after the kitchen was complete and the homeowner realized a 250% gain on investment. This is not typical.
